They send their work your way, so you can earn through contracts instead of buying land. You pick the jobs, set the prices and shape the business around the work you want to take on.

- Clients and requests:
Meet different clients, from arable farmers and livestock farmers to beet growers. Each one comes with their own type, contact, loyalty and requirements.
Their fields create the requests, covering ploughing, stubble cultivation, sowing, weeding, fertilizing, harvesting, mowing and baling.
Choose your activities and decide what to charge per hectare, bale or km.
Keep your margin in check, since asking too much can make the client refuse the job.
Contracts can be grouped, urgent requests pay better and clients can send SMS messages. - New jobs:
Take care of manure, digestate or compost spreading with the client’s pile or refactured material.
Make square bales in the required format and get paid per bale, with optional wrapping and delivery.
Work through straw after harvesting, the complete hay chain, complete silage operations and crop transport.
In winter, snow clearing covers the municipality’s roads. - Real job control:
Once a job starts, the client opens the field to you. Stay inside its exact boundaries while working.
The mod checks that you use the correct tool, complete the area and leave the field in the right condition.
Required tools and technologies: precision planter, direct drilling, dribble bars, mower combinations, knife baler and GPS.
Your quality rating is out of 20 and depends on deadlines, equipment, cleanliness, rain and bale format.
The client keeps the harvest. Sale proceeds go to them, while you charge for completing the work. - Business management:
Detailed invoices arrive for payment after a few days, and supplies can be reimbursed or re-invoiced.
Reputation and client loyalty matter, with employees paid monthly.
The game’s AI driver and Courseplay work for clients.
Keep an eye on your machinery fleet’s hours, wear, cost per hour and throughput, then use scheduling and statistics to manage it. - Press Alt + E to open the mouse-based menu. Move it around and use the small in-game job window while you play.
