Plant potatoes and poplars using seed drills and/or precision seeders. v1.0

This mod removes the restriction that potatoes can only be planted by the potato planter. Potatoes can now be planted with all precision seeders and seed drills in the game that use ‘Categories’ as their Seed/Fuel Type.

The same applies to the poplars and the poplar planting machine.
