Destroys foliage everywhere. On neighbour fields and also outside of fields.
IMPORTANT:
As this enables foilage destruction on neighbours fields, it can impact harvest missions. If the foliage that gets harvested has a tireTrack state the game might not recognize thus state as “harvested” which leads to you not being able to finish said mission. –> You have to edit the foliage.xml!
There is a trick which makes the game recognize tireTracks as “harvested” as well. You have to add “transition” lines in the fruit.xml. Specifically one that goes the likes of ”
